Queue de Cheval restaurant suffers minor fire damage, arson suspected

The Queue de Cheval's dining room.
A fire broke out early Wednesday morning at a well-known steakhouse in downtown Montreal. The sprinklers were set off quickly and the restaurant suffered minor damages.
The restaurant is the Queue de Cheval, situated at 1181 de la Montagne St. close to René-Lévesque Blvd. W.
Witnesses say they saw a person flee the area around 4:25 a.m., around the time the fire started.
An incendiary object seemed to have been used to light the fire, which was centred in the front entrance of the restaurant.
No one was injured said police spokesperson Anie Lemieux.
Montreal police arson investigators are on the scene this morning, and de la Montagne St. is open to traffic.
